AT&T and antitrust officials have discussed shedding CNN in the telecom’s mega-deal for Time Warner
In early 80’s I was working for MCI and helping with the law suite that broke up AT&T as just a phone monopoly.
Today I just want to brake them up cause they are to large and have lost the ability to understand that customers are who pay them not the stock holders.
They need to lose Direct and go back to being a communication and internet company ONLY. And if I could I would make them the last mile company.
The fate of the news channel, oft criticized by President Trump, remains the most explosive element of the proposed acquisition.
